What I Do

I provide independent project and programme leadership for organisations navigating large-scale IT and telecom transformations.

How I Work

I embed in your organisation and take genuine ownership. I run the meetings, manage the dependencies, escalate what needs escalating, and keep things moving when they stall.

I am equally comfortable working alongside engineers and architects as I am reporting to senior management. I translate between the two without losing anything in between.

My approach is structured but not rigid. Complex programmes rarely go exactly to plan. What matters is having the clarity and experience to respond well when they do not.

Certified in Prince2 Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect and Developer, Azure Fundamentals, and Scrum PSM I & II and PSPO I.

KPN — One Mobile Core Programme 2023 – 2025
Large-scale replacement of KPN’s 4G mobile core with a cloud-based 5G-ready architecture. Managed the full lifecycle of the cloud platform expansion, led the corporate APN migration across 300+ customers and 2.5 million active sessions, and contributed as project manager to the identity management migration during a critical delivery phase.

ProRail — Post21 IaaS Platform 2022 – 2023
Infrastructure platform supporting ProRail’s rail traffic control systems. Acted as Product Owner, managing and prioritising the backlog, representing the team at integral planning events, and strengthening collaboration between developers and stakeholders to improve delivery performance.

KPN — Generic Cloud Platform 2021 – 2022
Build-out of KPN’s Generic Cloud Platform and migration of critical 5G OSS applications as part of the 5G Mobile Network Modernisation programme. Led the weekly core team meeting, set up the overall delivery plan, acted as delegated Product Owner within the DevOps team, and delivered weekly management updates used for CTO reporting.

Liberty Global — Horizon4 Video Backoffice 2018 – 2020
Backend software delivery for the Horizon4 platform, powering linear TV and video-on-demand for Ziggo and Virgin Media. Acted as single point of contact for all delivery and escalation activities, managed four vendor scrum teams as delegated Product Owner, and delivered 50+ software increments in a scaled agile environment.

About

I studied Computer Science and Media & Knowledge Engineering at Delft University of Technology, including a semester at the National University of Singapore — an experience that shaped how I think about collaboration across cultures and disciplines.

I started this consultancy in 2018 after over a decade in telecom infrastructure and IT delivery. I’m based in the Netherlands and increasingly drawn to work where technology serves a broader social purpose.
